Important notes

  1. Much as we’d love it to, our service cannot stop your business running out of cash if costs consistently run ahead of revenues and reserves. Our service is designed to help you avoid preventable shortfalls and manage short-term issues when they occur.
  2. Our fees are geared to occasional interventions when needed. If your business is constantly trading in difficulty, it may be more appropriate for you to engage a local accountant or bookkeeper who can help every day. We will discuss this with you should the situation arise.
  3. You will need to subscribe to CaFE and use Xero, FreeAgent or Quickbooks as your accounting package.
  4. You will need to keep your accounting software up-to-date for our advice to be accurate. We will alert you when it appears that your records need updating. Not keeping your records up to date may lead to the withdrawal of the service.
  5. CaFE Support is provided by Skymark Financial Ltd (Company no. 12364462) with whom you will contract directly. Skwile Ltd is not liable for the advice provided by Skymark Financial Ltd.
  6. Fees are payable by monthly DD to Skymark Financial Ltd. Additional services are payable 50% in advance with the balance on completion.
