Your CaFE subscription will continue for the period covered by the subscription fee paid. At the end of each billing period, these terms will automatically continue for a further period of the same duration as the previous one, provided you continue to pay the subscription fee in accordance with the pricing plan. You may choose to terminate your CaFE subscription at any time.
You can easily terminate your subscription. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription on the provision of a reasonable period of notice. We may immediately terminate your subscription if you violate the Terms of Use.
Cancellation
To cancel your CaFE subscription, you can close your account in CaFE.
No refund
No refund will be made for the remainder of the period if you cancel your CaFE subscription during a billing period or if we terminate it before the next payment becomes due.
Retention
Once a subscription is terminated by you or us, it is archived and the data submitted or created by you will no longer be available to you. We will retain it for a period of time in compliance with our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to have your data removed by email to [email protected] if you wish.
